So lets compare and contrast, shall we?
Here we are, just 9 days ago, having just finished packing our entire worldly possessions into our Suburban and a 4X8 trailer (200 cu ft, I crunched the numbers). Please take special note of the dingy on top of the Suburban (not shown is the sweat from the 80° F/90% humidity day):

We are getting the Full Minnesota! Fifteen-plus inches yesterday, and it’s still coming down, although the howling winds and whiteout conditions have stopped.
Our family here are feeling despair- this time last year they were experiencing a glorious Spring, planting gardens, cooking out, outdoor sports. This stuff will melt quick enough for Kate and I to escape in the next day or so, but there is more snow coming for them later next week. Bummer!
In the meantime, we’re snuggled down in Ma Wodash’s house- we burned through the oatmeal cookies early yesterday, so she whipped out an emergency batch of chocolate chip. There was caramel coated Pull-a-parts for breakfast this morning, and there’s a big pot of hambone/Navy bean soup on the stove for later. We won’t starve in these conditions.
We introduced Ma to the concept of binge-watching Netflix, and she took to it like a duck to water. We blew through 7 episodes of “Lost In Space” since Friday, and Kate and I were tickled to hear Ma utter the words that usually come from Kate or me- “What do you say, one more episode?” I imagine we’ll finish the season today.
The only downside to all this is that Kate is feeling ‘under the weather’ (pun intended). Allergies or a cold, who knows, but her sinuses are packed up and she is running on half-speed. She was even indifferent to the Pull-a-parts this morning, poor thing. I suspect allergens in the musty basement where we are sleeping, and am hopeful she’ll perk up when we get back on the road in the snow washed air.
Other than that, I have thoroughly enjoyed my first Blizzard experience, but do not feel the need to go through any more in this lifetime.

Your first blizzard . My first hurricane. Let’s not do them again. I feel you. Kate I am so sorry you feel bad. All the stress from leaving and uprooting your body is letting go and can’t fight anymore. Stay strong my friends. Miss you already down here.
